Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing reviews. This is a varied, fast-paced position offering exposure to all aspects of financial planning and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and ambitious business.
The Role As an IFA Administrator, you'll become an integral part of the advice team, supporting advisers across a broad range of client cases by:
Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection. Preparing client documentation, valuations and annual review packs. Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information from providers. Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems. Monitoring business pipelines and keeping advisers and clients informed throughout the advice process. Liaising with providers and third parties to ensure applications progress efficiently. Supporting pre-sale and post-sale administration while delivering exceptional client service.
Assisting with ongoing client reviews and helping maintain the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator. A good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning administration. Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Confidence using Microsoft Office and financial services back-office systems. A proactive attitude and genuine desire to build a successful career within Wealth Management.
