The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in leading our team to deliver outstanding care that reflects our core values of Wellness, Compassion, Trust and Belonging. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring the home runs smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same - you’ll oversee care planning and clinical outcomes, mentor your team, liaise with families and professionals, and create an environment where residents truly feel at home.
