Functional Assessment Roles, 9-5 Monday to Friday all UK Bank Holidays off, Immediate Starts available. PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE, 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK, full time during Training. My client is seeking an enthusiastic and committed clinicians to join their outstanding teams in Reading Day to Day You will assess up to a maximum of four to five customers per day, taking your clinical observations and questioning and creating a written report which you will pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) who will make a decision on support for the customer, your report will only form part of that decision.
