At Teaching Personnel, we're working with fantastic SEN specialist schools in Aylesbury who are looking for a full-time Speech & Language Therapist to join their supportive, child-centred teams.
This is more than just a role - it's an opportunity to be part of something genuinely life-changing.
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including ASD, speech and language delay, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties
- Delivering tailored interventions and therapy sessions
- Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Creating communication strategies that empower pupils both academically and socially
- Helping build confidence, independence, and brighter futures
- A qualified Speech & Language Therapist (or working towards qualification)
- Experience with in SEN settings or a background in care/support work
- Someone nurturing, patient, and proactive
- A team player who is eager to grow within the education sector
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
