Position: Assistant Support Worker

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £24,570 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our caring team at Willow House, a welcoming supported living home for adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where residents feel supported, empowered and able to live as independently as possible.

Provide personal care with dignity and compassion.

Support with medication, health appointments and daily living skills.

Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and community activities.

Stay calm in emergencies to ensure safety and wellbeing.

You are caring, adaptable and reliable, with a genuine desire to make a difference. You communicate well with people with diverse needs and work confidently both independently and in collaboration with others. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins is essential.

• £24,570 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
• 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
