Salary: £40,000 - (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - performance based)

Full Time – Mon-Fri, 9-5
Part time options - 3 or 4 days

What is the role?

• You will be working as a clinical assessor completing Personal Independent Payment (PIP) Assessments with claimants.
• Assessing claimants health, daily living and mobility via phone and face-to-face appointments
• Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
• Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

• Hybrid working
• Full Training Provided: 12 weeks of paid, structured training covering assessment skills, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
• 5% approval bonus
• Up to 10% performance bonus
• 2k bonus usually within 6 months
• Monday – Friday– no weekends, nights or bank holidays

• Registered Nurse, OT, Pharmacist, Paramedic or Physio
• Minimum1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
• NMC/HCPC/GPHC registered
• Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
• Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
