Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Physiotherapist to join our expanding multi-disciplinary frailty team delivering care in Proactive Frailty Care Planning Clinics across six Integrated Neighbour Team locations in Buckinghamshire.
The Physiotherapist will assess frailty patients, work within agreed protocols, and provide autonomous clinical care to support healthier, more independent lives. Applications welcome from diverse candidate groups.
