6) to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role focuses on type 1 diabetes outpatient care, DAFNE and REACT, providing dietetic input to a multidisciplinary team to meet nutritional needs and support timely discharge from front door care.
You will also support a Band 5 Dietitian and participate in student placements, with CPD encouraged and accommodation on site possibly available.
