SP Executive Search is partnering with a respected specialist recruitment organisation to appoint a Recruitment Team Manager
. This is a hands‑on leadership role, managing a team of 2–3 consultants while driving performance, capability and commercial standards.

You’ll lead from the front — setting expectations, coaching consultants through development plans, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality recruitment delivery. This role suits an experienced people manager or a strong Senior/Principal Recruiter who has already demonstrated leadership capability and is ready to formalise it.

You will shape team culture, raise performance, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

• Managing, coaching and developing 2–3 recruitment consultants
• Running KPIs, activity management, performance reviews and development plans
• Supporting consultants with client delivery, pipeline building and commercial prioritisation
• Leading team culture, engagement and day‑to‑day structure
• Supporting onboarding and development of new hires as the team grows
• Working with senior leadership to identify capability gaps and future talent needs

We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, leadership presence and commercial discipline.

• Experience managing consultants or proven leadership influence as a Senior/Principal Recruiter
• A strong track record in performance management, coaching and development
• Clear understanding of recruitment performance drivers and commercial priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to gain immediate respect
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to team development
