1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Active Directory administration skills
• Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A methodical, organised approach
• A positive, helpful attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email, and service desk
• Log, prioritise, and resolve support tickets
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts
• Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support ePOS and payment systems
• Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems
• Work with third-party providers on escalated issues
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Provide occasional IT support for events

The role offers a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 plus benefits, including a 10% pension and free parking.
