Your responsibilities as IT Support Apprentice

Provide customer support via telephone, email, and remote access.
Assist with software implementation, including customer data setup and report configuration.
Carry out software testing before new releases are deployed.
Assist in resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately.
Learn and apply industry-standard tools and processes.
Maintain accurate records while assisting with customer implementations/activities.
What we're looking for in an IT Support Apprentice

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Previous experience within a business-to-business working environment would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow technical processes and work accurately.
Able to commute to the office in Aylesbury on a daily basis.
This position will be office based and you will need to live within a commutable distance to office.
