This role primarily focuses on delivering core capabilities for our industry-leading Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products across Endpoint, Network, and Discovery, while providing targeted product support for our portfolio of Data Encryption solutions.

Sitting at the intersection of customers, engineering, UX, customer engagement, and product strategy, you will help solve complex data protection problems. • Complex Problem Solving:
Using available metrics, engineering inputs, and customer data, resolve technical trade-offs, help prioritize customer requests, and identify functional dependencies across DLP and Encryption.
  • Customer & Field Engagement:
Assist with customer input and manage beta testing programs. Collaborate with customers and internal sales engineers to understand data governance workflows, policy friction, and operational challenges.
  • Data-Driven Prioritization:
Help evaluate customer escalations, feature requests, and usability enhancements, prioritizing backlog items based on business impact, customer tier, and financial impact.
  • Competitive Intelligence:
Maintain a working knowledge of the competitive data security landscape to identify market differentiators and build capabilities that give Trellix a distinct edge.
  • Primary Focus — Data Loss Prevention (DLP):
Own feature delivery for endpoint, discovery, and network DLP, focusing on customer experience and delivering features that meet customer needs.
  • Secondary Support — Data Encryption:
Support encryption initiatives (Drive Encryption, File/Folder encryption, and native management). Help ensure seamless coexistence with DLP products and provide support for the Encryption product PM team as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Program Management to align launch readiness across teams and support go-to-market activities.
