Morson Talent is seeking a Service Support Analyst to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business. You will log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests, supporting users on Microsoft Azure, AVD, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive and SharePoint.
You will also assist with user access and joiner/mover/leaver processes, respond to cyber security alerts, and maintain hardware/software inventories, working with third-party providers.
