We are seeking a Business Change & Test Analyst to support the successful delivery of business, process, and technology change initiatives. The role involves assisting with requirements gathering, process analysis, project coordination, testing activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business, process, and system change initiatives.
• Assist with eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements and user stories.
• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
• Verify that test environments and test data are suitable for planned testing activities.
• Log, track, and assist with the resolution and retesting of defects.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, evidence, and regression test packs.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, meeting notes, and status reports.
