Customer Success Consultant – Transport

• Provide technical guidance and demonstrations of ArcGIS software and data for Transport-sector customers and sales opportunities
• Work alongside Account Managers to understand customer challenges and demonstrate ArcGIS solutions
• Identify and progress sales opportunities through technical discovery, demonstrations and solution recommendations
• Deliver presentations, webinars and customer-facing content for marketing campaigns and industry events
• Apply business analysis techniques to understand customer requirements and recommend GIS solutions
• Develop and share ArcGIS best practices within the Transport sector
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, demonstrations and sector-specific content
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and mentoring to colleagues and graduates
• Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders across the geospatial community
• Stay current with Transport industry trends, GIS developments and emerging technologies

• Must be based within United Kingdom
• Strong working knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, web applications, mobile applications and supporting data products
• Experience of applying GIS technology to solve business problems and deliver value for customers
• Confidence working directly with customers and presenting technical solutions to a variety of audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and articulate the business benefits of ArcGIS solutions
• Strong relationship-building and collaborative working skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Keen interest in the Transport sector, including Roads, Rail, Ports and Airports
• Experience with in the geospatial, transport, engineering, infrastructure or related industries (desirable)
• Experience with CAD or design technologies (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays (desirable)
• Eligibility and willingness to undergo security clearance when required

Demonstrates expertise in ArcGIS solutions, providing technical guidance and support to customers in the Transport sector. Strong ability to analyze customer requirements, deliver presentations, and build relationships within the geospatial community.
