Commercial Account Executive

We’re representing a respected independent insurance broker in Aylesbury who are looking for a talented and knowledgeable commercial insurance professional to take ownership of a portfolio of SME to mid-sized clients across a variety of sectors.

£35,000 - £45,000 (with flex for the right candidate) | Aylesbury | Permanent

• Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day queries
• Re-marketing policies and negotiating with insurers for the best terms
• Advising clients on suitable cover across a range of commercial lines including property, liability, motor, and packages
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with both clients and underwriters

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler or Executive within the insurance industry
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial products
• Confident in client communication and insurer negotiation
• Organised, professional, and driven to deliver excellent client outcomes
• Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable but not essential)

• Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience – flexible for the right candidate
