Family Law Solicitor– Position Overview
Manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters.
- Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements.
- Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases.
- Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court.
- Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance.
- Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Promote the firm's values and local reputation.
- Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE and experience in Family law.
- Strong track record across a broad range of family matters.
- Confident advocacy and courtroom appearance skills.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT and case management system skills.
- Proactive, detail‑focused, and approachable.
- Salary of £55,000+ and open to discussion.
