Commercial Property Solicitor —

Position Overview:

You will run your own caseload (with support and supervision) and work across a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base of landlords, tenants, investors, small businesses, and developers.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions
Handling grants and assignments of leases
Dealing with sales and purchases of commercial property
Managing property finance transactions and lender requirements
Working on option agreements and development matters
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and lenders
Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance
Supporting and developing strong client relationships
Contributing to the firm’s business development and local reputation

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

Solicitor or Legal Executive (1–5 years’ PQE)
Ability to run your own caseload with Partner support
Strong communication and IT skills

Experience with commercial property matters (as listed above)
Reliable, organised and confident working directly with clients
Corporate/commercial exposure is helpful but not essential
Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting
