Are you a strategic supply chain leader ready to shape and scale a global operation? We are expanding rapidly, and we’re searching for an exceptional Head of Supply & Demand to join our high‑performing Operations & Supply Chain team. This is a rare opportunity to influence every stage of our end‑to‑end supply chain, driving excellence across planning, forecasting, and operational execution.

As the Head of Supply & Demand, you’ll lead a talented team spanning supply chain, planning, and demand management, ensuring our products flow seamlessly from raw materials to customers worldwide. Your work will directly fuel our growth agenda across new markets, new products, and new capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal leadership role, the Head of Supply & Demand will:

Drive and mature the full S&OP process, ensuring tight alignment between operational capability and global demand.
Lead continuous supplier performance improvements, ensuring resilience, value creation, and risk mitigation.
Oversee inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL operations, and multi‑site warehouse stock levels.
Optimise cash through efficient control of stock days, capacity planning, and demand‑to‑supply processes.
Champion process improvements, automation, planning excellence, and data‑driven decision making.
Support new product launches, ensure operational readiness, and contribute to sustainability and ethical sourcing objectives.
Manage demand, supply, and production planning across short, medium, and long‑term horizons.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as our Head of Supply & Demand, you’ll bring:

Extensive leadership experience across end‑to‑end Supply Chain or Planning functions.
Strong S&OP/SIOP ownership experience.
Exceptional analytical skills, Excel mastery, and comfort with ERP/MRP systems.
A strategic, process‑driven mindset and the ability to influence across the business.
Experience mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
