Hours:

30 hours per week, 5 days per week (Mon–Sun) 07:00–15:00;
Sunday shift rota 10:00–16:00.

As a Postie, you’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including election materials and special items such as food or alcohol, in line with Royal Mail business standards.

• Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
• Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

• Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
• Paid overtime – enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours over 40 per week
• 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted if below 40 hours)

For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35–40 hours per week are listed as full‑time, but any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.
