Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to effectively manage contracts to ensure agreed services and goods are delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:

Manage contracts to ensure agreed services and goods are delivered to the required quality, on schedule and within budget, including monitoring performance and compliance.
Lead the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within defined scope, timescales and financial constraints through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Support procurement activity in partnership with internal teams, managing commercial arrangements to achieve value for money through effective negotiation and supplier management.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring ongoing communication, performance review and alignment with organisational priorities.
Work effectively with external partners and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes and improve service delivery.
Monitor budgets and financial controls to support effective service delivery, contribute to forecasting and reporting, identify efficiency opportunities and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.

Essential Requirements of the Contracts Manager:

Full UK Driving Licence
