About the Role    Lead, coach, and inspire new team members, delivering high quality training in partnership with the Training & Development Manager to ensure operational excellence.
Conduct proactive site visits and perform welfare checks to maintain team well-being and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Area Operations Manager, providing hands-on operational support and contributing to strategic decision-making when required.
Drive compliance and quality by performing detailed audits and inspections of security services and personnel, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and best practices.
Produce accurate and timely management reports, offering insights that support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Champion Health & Safety standards, embedding a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
Take ownership of additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the project and the reputation of FRG.
Requirements    Valid SIA Licence    Minimum 2 years’ security experience (preferred).
Clean manual driving licence.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
