This is a hands-on management role requiring both commercial awareness and strong technical credibility.

* Strong technical background in HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, wet systems and plant rooms

* Confident engaging in technical and commercial discussions with clients regarding service schedules, compliance and remedial works

* Demonstrable experience managing engineers, workloads and performance

* Solid understanding of service contracts, customer service and client retention

* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, costs and P&L

* Motivated, stable and committed, with a desire to grow responsibility over time

* Car allowance: circa £5,000 per annum

* Annual bonus linked to profitability, service performance, compliance and engineer development
