Are you an experienced Care Home Manager / Commissioning Manager with a strong background in launching and leading high-end care services? This brand-new, state-of-the-art service will set new standards in elderly care—combining elegant design with cutting-edge technology, including electronic care planning systems, a hydrotherapy pool, premium equipment, and exceptional facilities.

About the Role:

As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will take the lead in opening this stunning new luxury home, guiding it from the final build stages through to full occupancy and CQC registration. This role calls for a commercially-minded and clinically astute leader with proven success in commissioning new care homes and delivering exceptional resident outcomes.

You will oversee all aspects of the service—staff recruitment, operational setup, marketing, compliance, and service launch—ultimately establishing the home as the flagship in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience commissioning new care or nursing homes

Strong leadership and project management skills

Knowledge of electronic care planning systems and high-spec equipment

A deep understanding of CQC compliance and quality standards

Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build a strong local reputation

Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) advantageous but not essential
