The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital in Aylesbury is looking for an experienced theatre manager to lead the operating theatre department. This full-time, hospital-based role requires a hands-on, energetic leader who can scrub in for theatre cases and drive high standards of patient care.
You'll work with the Theatre Director and Deputy Theatre Manager to optimise utilisation, manage resources and develop the theatre team while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
