Do you have management background within Engineering who is looking for a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of people management, commercial strategy and day to day site operations.

In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations at their modern and fully equipped facility. The role will also involve key strategic and commercial responsibilities.

This role would suit an experienced leader with a technical background looking to join an innovative and growing business in a highly autonomous role with the desire to progress into a Managing Director in the future.

The Role:

• Operational Management
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Monday to Friday office based
