We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Family Assessment Centre based in Aylesbury. As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assessments, care, and support, empowering parents to develop their parenting skills, build confidence, and create positive outcomes for themselves and their children.,
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with Residential Family Centre Regulations, Ofsted requirements, and our Statement of Purpose. You'll lead a dedicated team, driving high standards of care and safeguarding, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential Family Centre.
- Ensure the service operates in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions.
- Oversee safeguarding practices and promote the welfare and protection of children.
- Monitor assessment quality, outcomes, and reporting standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively, ensuring that all new referrals can be safely matched within the home.
- Build positive relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and partner agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent inspection outcomes.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader who shares our commitment to improving the lives of children and young people. You'll bring:
- Level 5 Children's Residential Management qualification and at least two years of residential management experience.
- Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations, and best practice in children's residential care and Residential Family Centres.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- A 'can‑do' attitude, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Flexibility to work unsocial hours when required and the ability to travel across the county.
Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are essential.
