This is a unique opportunity to join McCormick at an exciting time and play a key role in the integration with Unilever Foods.
We are looking for a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (APAC & EMEA) to act as a regional subject matter expert supporting Total Rewards integration activities across APAC and EMEA. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external providers to support country-level analysis, integration planning, Day 1 readiness and implementation, as well as post-Day 1 harmonization.
You will help translate integration design decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, communication inputs, risk tracking and follow-up actions, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated integration experience across the region.
Main responsibilities:
- Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis, including benefit reviews, side-by-side comparisons, recommendations and documentation of decisions.
