£29,640 – £31,200 per annum (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and ambitious engineering manufacturer based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking production team working at the forefront of its industry.

Our client is seeking an organised and motivated Fitter & Assembler with a strong manufacturing background to join their expanding production department.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to high-quality engineering and assembly work.

Key Responsibilities

Reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings (primarily Third Angle Projection)
Carrying out fitting and assembly work to a high standard of precision
Following working instructions provided by engineers, project managers and supervisors
Ensuring all work complies with strict Health & Safety procedures
Completing tasks as directed by the Team Leader
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Experience in fitting and assembly work
Strong attention to detail
Essential Attributes

Ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
Comfortable working under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
