Full-Time Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and ambitious engineering manufacturer based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking production team working at the forefront of its industry.

Our client is seeking an organised and motivated Fitter & Assembler with a strong manufacturing background to join their expanding production department.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to high-quality engineering and assembly work.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings (primarily Third Angle Projection)
• Carrying out fitting and assembly work to a high standard of precision
• Following working instructions provided by engineers, project managers and supervisors
• Ensuring all work complies with strict Health & Safety procedures
• Completing tasks as directed by the Team Leader

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience in fitting and assembly work
• Strong attention to detail
