Production Operative

If you’ve honed your skills in building management, labouring, or manufacturing, and have a knack for working with hand tools, this role is your chance to shine. You’ll be crafting high‑quality products that make a difference, from water treatment tanks to advanced sustainable solutions, all while collaborating with a team that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.

• Manufacture specialty equipment: produce water treatment tanks, pump stations, separators, and explore new product assemblies.
• Precision workmanship: follow technical drawings for component and finished‑goods assembly, involving cutting, drilling, laminating, and steel fabrication.
• Maintain standards: uphold top‑notch cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all operations.
• Team values: embody our core principles of integrity, accountability, innovation, teamwork, and courage.

• Experience with in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment operating heavy machinery.
• Practical knowledge of assembly techniques consistent with the company product range.
• Experience in using hand tools including drills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to accurately measure and document production activities.
• Mature attitude to work which encompasses health & safety, quality.
• Thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Effective time management.
• Previous forklift training (desirable).
• Driver’s license: a full clean UK driving license.
