Location: Aston Clinton
Career Smart Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Motor Winding Technician for our Aylesbury area operation. The role is 37 hours per week, reporting to the Production Manager, with a focus on accurate, timely assembly and quality control of motor components.
You will work with electronics and small rotating mechanisms, requiring knowledge of winding, resin impregnation, and soldering, while maintaining clear records and contributing to process improvements.
