Arla Foods' Aylesbury Dairy is seeking a Site Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, logistics, scheduling and engineering, reporting to Gary Norton. You will be a key contact for operational performance, safety, quality and site continuity.
You will promote a strong safety culture, supervise manufacturing activities to hit targets while upholding quality, coordinate site personnel, and identify improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
