Arla Foods in Aylesbury is seeking a Box Packer Operator to support our flagship dairy site. You will be at the forefront of the APS pilot Box packing area, driving lean thinking and continuous improvement across production lines.
The role is full-time and permanent, covering day and night 12-hour shifts with a 5-week pattern and 10 consecutive days off. You will monitor lines, maintain hygiene standards and contribute to team targets and improvements.
