Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Rate: £44 LTD System:
Systm One Mileage: £0.45 per mile

About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their Home Visiting Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic community setting, providing autonomous care and making a real difference to patients across Mid Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients Prescribe independently in line with clinical guidelines Manage acute and chronic conditions autonomously Maintain accurate clinical records using Systm One Escalate and refer appropriately when required

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner Independent Prescriber (V300) Strong experience in autonomous clinical decision-making Ability to work independently in a community/home visiting setting Full UK driving licence and own transport Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
