The successful candidate will be a Registered Dental nurse interested in developing the service to our patients. We would welcome any applications for this Band 5 role from those with 2 years post qualification experience in Dental Nursing and hold a recognised specialised post registration qualification such as Dental Sedation Nursing, Orthodontic Dental Nursing or Oral Health Education.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and a compassionate nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help us to deliver outstanding treatment and care to our patients.
This is a great opportunity for you to develop and expand your skills as a dental nurse to the next level.
You will assist in our orthodontics, restorative and specialised clinics such as MDT clinic, as well as oral surgery clinics, day surgery theatre list, minor oral surgery operations and nurse led clinics. If you are an internal applicant there is the option for secondment, all applicants must have the endorsement/support of their line manager prior to application.

Key Responsibilities- Provide a high level of dental nursing care throughout the department. This will include patients with special needs, vulnerable children and adults, the elderly, mentally and physically disabled patients, patients suffering from terminal illness, infectious risk, medically compromised, anxious/phobic patients and people with challenging behaviour.
