About the Role
We’re recruiting a Service Charge Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities- Manage service charge accounts across our properties.
- Ensure accurate calculation, recording, and delivery of charges.
- Prepare annual service charge budgets and final accounts.
- Issue customer demands and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with leases and policies, maintaining audit trails.
- Support external audits when required.
- Work with colleagues, residents and contractors to provide reliable data.
- Review processes and suggest improvements.
- Organised, numerate and confident working with data.
- Good IT skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator capable of explaining complex information clearly.
- Experience in service charge accounting is desired.
