Are you an experienced Practice Nurse, with experience in Long-Term Conditions who's looking to join a friendly, supportive team?
We're looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Aylesbury on a permanent basis
. This post is for 1-2 days per week and the salary on offer is £19-23ph, negotiable depending on experience.

You'll be joining a friendly team of 1 PN and 1 HCA
, supported by an approachable Management Team. The practice is proud to hold a Good CQC rating and is known for providing a positive and inclusive working environment.
We're looking for someone who has experience in General Practice and is confident using EMIS Web
.
- Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Asthma etc.)
Diplomas are not required, however, would be beneficial!
