Lettings Negotiator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator based in Aylesbury. The Lettings Negotiator will actively engage with clients to assist in the management of property rentals, including viewings, negotiating rental terms, and supporting clients through the letting process. Additional responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Customer service abilities with a focus on satisfying clients' needs
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of property management and letting operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to the real estate sector
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client demands
• Experience with in the property or lettings industry is highly desirable but not essential
• Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
