Retail Assistant – Full Time

Location:

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Hours:

39 hours across 5 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 – £12.81 per hour, depending on age.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for purchase.
• Work with the rest of the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working attitude.
• Enjoy being busy; able to juggle deliveries, till, floor service, cleaning, stock rotation and more.
• Reliable, dependable as an important part of a small team.
• Some flexibility with shifts; ability to cover during teammates’ holidays.
• Successful completion of an Employment Verification check.
