About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join an established team as a Kitchen Sales Designer, creating beautiful, bespoke kitchen designs while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience using German kitchen brands and Winner kitchen design software, alongside a proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales. You will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for interior design and the confidence to guide customers through the entire kitchen design and purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, preferences and budgets.

Design bespoke kitchen layouts using Winner kitchen design software.

Present creative and practical kitchen designs, incorporating suitable products, finishes, appliances and accessories.

Demonstrate knowledge of German kitchen brands, specifications and manufacturing standards.

Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry and design consultation through to order placement.

Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and outstanding service throughout their journey.

Prepare accurate quotations, specifications and proposals tailored to individual customer requirements.

Follow up on leads, quotations and customer enquiries to maximise conversion rates.

Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, installers and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.

Keep up to date with kitchen design trends, product innovations and competitor offerings.

Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism when representing the business.

Requirements /

Skills:

Previous experience in a Kitchen Sales Designer role within the KBB industry.

Experience working with German kitchen brands is essential.

Proficiency in Winner kitchen design software is essential.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting enquiries into orders.

Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry, appliances, finishes and interior design principles.

Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.

A confident and consultative sales approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

The ability to manage multiple customer projects and meet deadlines.

A proactive, motivated and commercially minded attitude.
