Position: Adult's Social Worker, Learning Disability / Transitions Team
Adult's Social Worker, Learning Disability / Transitions Team, Aylesbury Pay rate £37 per hour Contract role, LD team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult's Social Worker in Buckinghamshire This is to work in a Learning Disability / Transitions Team. The Transitions Team work with young people, their families, education, health and further networks to support the transition into Adult Social Care.
