Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker for our Children with Disabilities Team in Halton. Paying £39 per hour.
Role and Team- Role: Experienced Social Worker
- Team: Children with Disabilities
- Location: Halton
We are currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Halton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established service supporting children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Hold a caseload of children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
- Undertake assessments under the Children Act 1989
- Complete care plans, reviews, and statutory visits
- Work closely with families, schools, health professionals, and multi-agency partners
- Contribute to safeguarding and long-term planning to achieve the best outcomes
- Your own dedicated specialist consultant
- Access to the widest variety of social work jobs across 150 authorities and private organisations throughout the UK
