As a Case Worker, you will provide person-centred support to households at risk of homelessness, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to maintain their accommodation and improve their financial wellbeing. By building positive relationships and working alongside clients to overcome barriers, you will play a key role in preventing homelessness and creating lasting positive change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients to improve budgeting skills, manage debt, maximise income, and sustain their tenancy.
  • Developing personalised support plans and helping clients work towards their goals.
  • Providing practical advice and emotional support to help clients navigate challenging circumstances.
  • Supporting clients to access housing, welfare benefits, community resources, and other services.
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure clients receive coordinated support.
  • Delivering support in clients' homes, community settings, and Connection Support offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives. Through early intervention and practical support, you will help people avoid homelessness, increase their independence, and build a more secure future for themselves and their families.
