Change Grow Live is seeking a Targeted Interventions Coordinator to lead early intervention and prevention work around drugs and alcohol for young people across Buckinghamshire. You will coordinate targeted interventions, deliver group sessions, and build partnerships with schools and professionals to ensure timely, effective support for at-risk youth.
You will engage with young people directly, identify needs early, and shape local pathways while promoting harm reduction and safer choices.
