Help & Protection Social Worker | Buckinghamshire | Up to £42 per Hour
Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Social Workers to join Buckinghamshire's Help & Protection Teams, with vacancies available in High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
These locality-based teams work with children and families requiring support, safeguarding intervention and child protection planning, offering social workers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and deliver long-term positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection and Court cases.
Complete assessments, plans and interventions in line with statutory requirements.
Undertake direct work with children and families to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
Participate in Child Protection Conferences, Core Groups and multi-agency meetings.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective support plans.
Ensure children's voices remain central to all assessments and decision-making.

Requirements:

Social Work England Registration.

Experience with in Children's Safeguarding, Child Protection or Locality Teams.
Strong assessment, planning and risk management skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
