Class 2 Driver – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity – Immediate Start

My Aylesbury based client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Cat

C) Driver to join their busy and welcoming team. This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday, day‑shift position.

This role is a day‑shift position, Monday to Friday, 06:30 am to 04:30 pm. You will be required to multi‑drop deliveries within a 40‑mile radius of Aylesbury, working closely with a small, supportive team of drivers. The client is looking for someone who is customer‑focused, motivated, and dependable, with a strong commitment to providing an excellent level of service.

• Ensure all loads are safe, secure, and organized in drop order.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain the vehicle to a high standard.
• Operate safely at all times and follow all relevant driving legislation.
• Deliver goods efficiently, meeting customer expectations and resolving any issues professionally.
• Return to the depot promptly after deliveries to assist with additional runs or tasks.
• Follow company procedures to ensure materials are unloaded and distributed efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times.
• Represent the business with a positive, customer‑centric attitude and support continuous improvement.

• Good understanding of safe driving practices

• Valid Class 2 (Cat
  
  C) Licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience preferred
