Contract: Ongoing, with the opportunity to go permanent

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting Warehouse for a ongoing temporary assignment, with the potential to be taken on permanently after the initial period. This is a hands‑on role within a busy warehouse and production environment.

• Working on production lines and/or within the warehouse.
• Operating machinery where required (training provided).
• Assisting with assembly, processing, and general production duties.
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Carrying out basic equipment checks and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Meeting daily production and performance targets.

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is an advantage but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.
