Location: Aston Clinton, HP22 5WJ
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Manager
Salary: £29,000
Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 7am to 2pm.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service across all warehouse activities.
This is a key leadership role where you will lead, motivate, and support a team of operatives, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues. Youll play an important role in maintaining a safe, productive environment while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Performance
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to maximise efficiency using the WMS
- Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational targets
- Plan workflows, staffing levels, space utilisation, and equipment layout
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately in line with quality standards
- Coordinate safe loading and unloading of vehicles
- Maintain stock accuracy through effective receiving and picking processes
