We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Maidstone. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, hold a current MOT Tester Licence, have strong workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £35,000+ basic depending on experience + bonus, OTE: £60,000, uncapped
Welcome Bonus: £2,500 for eligible Level 3 qualified Technicians
Hours:
44.5 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays

Vehicle Technician Role
- Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs accurately
- Inspect components for wear, damage and replacement requirements
- Carry out MOT testing in line with current standards
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control to maintain workflow
- Meet workshop efficiency targets without compromising quality
- Support other Technicians and contribute to a productive workshop environment
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent - essential
- Current MOT Tester Licence - essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester, Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Strong servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repair experience
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
